Ospreys wing Keelan Giles faces knee surgery after being hurt while in PRO14 action. Giles, 19, was carried off during Ospreys’ victory over the Dragons last Friday. “Keelan has sustained a significant knee ligament injury and will require reconstructive surgery,” Ospreys’ medical performance manager Chris Towers said in a statement released by the Welsh region.
